#PeopleofPCH is a series that highlights the diverse stories of staff, residents, and families across Partners Community Health (PCH).

Meet Vivian Azouz, Administrative Assistant at Wellbrook Place East. Vivian shares her story in celebration of Administrative Professionals’ Day and this month’s #BelongingatPCH theme of Collaboration.

“To me, collaboration means working together to support each other in the best way possible. In my role, that looks like clear communication, reliability, and organization. I listen to the needs of leaders and staff, offer help where I can, and always aim to be approachable and respectful.

What makes me smile are those little moments—when a staff member stops by my desk to say thanks or share a laugh. Even small things, like fixing a schedule or helping someone find a form, show me that what I do behind the scenes matters.

I’m proud of the support I provide to help things run smoothly. Whether it’s organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, or keeping records updated, I know I’m making the team’s work a little easier.

Being part of #TeamPCH and Wellbrook Place means being part of a team that’s truly focused on care and collaboration. It’s about making a real impact—together.”
